A road department report of local traffic and street name signs being replaced because of wind damage led to a discussion of signs of the times regarding new federal regulations as LaRue Fiscal Court met at the courthouse in Hodgenville March 13.
Clyde Veirs, county road supervisor, reported crews have been busy replacing signs and straightening signposts that suffered wind damage during the recent rash of tornadoes and high-velocity straight winds.
