FISCAL COURT: County to receive emergency generator through grant

If some emergency causes a power outage at the courthouse in Hodgenville, a 130-kilowatt generator will allow emergency services and other offices in the building to continue to function.
That’s what Tommy Turner, judge-executive, told members of LaRue County fiscal court July 12 at their meeting at the courthouse. He said the building could also be used as an emergency shelter.
