Kentucky Forage and Grassland Council Field Day
The Kentucky Forage and Grassland Council Field Day will be Sept. 8 at UK’s Farm Research Center near Versailles. Tours start at 5:30 p.m. Topics include: Options When Cattle are Pulled Off Fescue in the Summer: Grazing Corn and Bermuda grass; Seedhead Suppression of Tall Fescue; Development of UK’s Own Novel Endophyte/Varieties: KYFA9301 and KYFA9821; and Warm Season Annual Grasses: Opportunities and Limitations.
