Family activities are focus of event

Nelson County resident Dennis Gray doesn’t think there are enough family activities locally, so he decided to organize one. Gray will present the Bardstown Rock-n-Rides Festival Oct. 28-Nov. 1 at Nelson County Fairgrounds. Events will include carnival rides, a haunted house, and live music every night, with nationally known talent as well as local groups scheduled, Gray said.
