Last week’s meeting of the LaRue County Fair Board and stockholders was marked by a change in officers.
Terry Cruse, mayor of Hodgenville, who was named acting president in September, will continue as president for the next year.
He replaces Jimmie Engle, who stepped away from duties after having serious medical problems with his eyes.
Vice president is Steve Johnson, who is Hodgenville police chief. He and Ann “Snookie” Morrison served in that capacity last year.
Kim Morrison will serve another year as secretary.
