Elizabethtown Community and Technical College and the Kentucky Motorcycle Rider Education Safety Commission have partnered to provide rider education incentive certificates to anyone taking the basic or experienced motorcycle classes. Beginning Aug. 20, participants can receive a $50 rebate after completion of the course.
Completion of the three-day course can result in a license skill test waiver and insurance rate reduction, along with providing the basics of the riding experience. Motorcycles and helmets are provided for those participating.
