A free inauguration party is planned in Elizabethtown – complete with a cardboard cutout of the president-elect. Elizabethtown Community and Technical College is hosting an International Inaugural Café from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday in Room 112 in the Administration Building. The event will give community members a chance to watch the inauguration with others and celebrate President-elect Barack Obama’s multicultural background. Attendants can watch the events of the day, including the parade and swearing-in ceremony, on a large screen.
