Marion County High School’s varsity football team mangled LaRue 63-20 Friday night at Lebanon.
The Class 4A, District Four powerhouse scored two unanswered touchdowns in the first quarter, lit the scoreboard for 28 more points in the second period and added 14 unanswered points in the third period.
LaRue outscored the Knights 8-7 in the final quarter after gaining its other 12 points on two touchdowns in the second quarter.
