Brandon Christopher Branham (1992) pleaded guilty Aug. 20 in LaRue Circuit Court to complicity, receiving stolen property, over $300; and complicity, theft by deception, include cold checks over $300.  Recommended sentence is five years to run concurrently for a total of five years. Commonwealth attorney recommends probation. Final sentencing is Oct. 1. Defendant to be transported for final sentencing.

Probation of Elmer C. Thompson Jr. was revoked Aug. 20 in LaRue Circuit Court.

 

Failed to appear

Lewis K. Dailey (1990) failed to appear Aug. 20 in LaRue Circuit Court. A bench warrant was issued and Dailey was declared a fugitive. He was ordered to pay $385 in fine from a 2010 theft by unlawful taking case.

Anderson Patrick Hutcherson pleaded guilty Aug. 20 in LaRue Circuit Court to a count of flagrant nonsupport. Recommended sentence is five years, conditionally discharged. Final sentencing is Oct. 1. Defendant furloughed until final sentencing.

Nicholas Saladino (1987) pleaded guilty Aug. 20 in LaRue Circuit Court to an amended count of attempt to manufacture methamphetamine (recommended sentence of seven years); complicity, possession of controlled substance, first-degree, first offense (recommended sentence of three years); complicity, possession of drug paraphernalia (recommended sentence of six months); and complicity, possession of marijuana (recommended sentence of 45 days). Recommendation is all time to run concurrently for seven years total; probation opposed. All other counts dismissed. Final sentencing is Oct. 1.

Nayland English (1980) was sentenced to a five-year diverted sentence – or until arrearages or paid – Aug. 20 in LaRue Circuit Court on a count of flagrant nonsupport. He was ordered to serve seven months in jail as part of the terms of his probation and fined $415.

Moore (1986) pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary, third-degree terroristic threatening, buy or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana Aug. 20 in LaRue Circuit Court. Pre-sentencing investigation waived. He was sentenced to 12 months on the terroristic threatening charge and 45 days on the paraphernalia charge and fined $435.

Anthony J. Blackford (1981) received a five-year diverted sentence on a charge of receiving stolen property Aug. 20 in LaRue Circuit Court. He was fined $210 and ordered to make restitution of $1,500.

Justin L. Borders (1988) had probation revoked Aug. 20 in LaRue Circuit Court on a charge of third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking; and complicity, criminal mischief. He was ordered to serve three years; probation denied.

Atari Markeem Hardin (1982) received a diverted sentence on a charge of flagrant nonsupport Aug. 20 in LaRue Circuit Court. His case is conditionally discharged for five years or until arrearages are paid.

 

Misdemeanor plea

Jackie Allen Miller (1964) entered a guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of complicity, buy or possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity, possession of marijuana Aug. 31 in LaRue Circuit Court. He was fined $215 and ordered to pay $1,000 to the LaRue County Sheriff’s Office drug fund. He was sentenced to two years, 45 days, conditionally discharged and probated for two years.

 

Declared a fugitive

Catherine L. Lyons (1986) was declared a fugitive after missing an Aug. 31 court appearance. She faces a charge of failure to report change in order to receive benefits.
