Diversion extended
Stephanie Brown (1981) agreed to extend her diversion Sept. 19 in LaRue Circuit Court until restitution is paid. She was charged with failure to report change in order to receive benefits. The case will be reviewed Feb. 6.
Pay or stay
Betty Hodge failed to appear Sept. 19 in LaRue Circuit Court. She was found in contempt and ordered to pay court costs of $385 or serve 179 days. A bench warrant was issued and she was found in contempt. She was sentenced to three years after being found guilty of first-degree possession of cocaine.
