Jeffrey Dean Dailey (1980) pleaded guilty Sept. 16 in LaRue Circuit Court to first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine); and buy or possession of drug paraphernalia.
The commonwealth attorney recommended three years, and 12 months, respectively, with all time to run concurrently and probated for three years. Charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and alcohol, failure to wear seatbelt and persistent felony offender were dismissed.
