Pretrial diversion was set aside in Justin L. Borders (1988) criminal case Sept. 17 in LaRue Circuit Court. The case will be reviewed upon his release from jail. He was ordered to make restitution payments on April 1.

Failed to appear

Stephen Hodges Milby (1974) failed to appear Sept. 17 in LaRue Circuit Court. A bench warrant was issued and he was declared a fugitive.

Sentenced to 10 years
