 Diversion

Brandon Maddox (1990) received a diverted sentence May 7 after pleading guilty to complicity, theft by unlawful taking/disposition auto in LaRue Circuit Court. He was ordered to pay $656.90 costs.

 

Five-year suspended sentence

Mark E. Matthews (1957) was sentenced to five years, suspended and probated, May 7 in LaRue Circuit Court after pleading guilty to attempt, manufacture meth; complicity, possession of controlled substance; complicity, buy or possess drug paraphernalia; and complicity, possession of marijuana. He was ordered to serve six months (already served) and pay $410 in costs.

 

Guilty plea

Allen W. Riggs (1988) pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/disposition auto May 7 in LaRue Circuit Court. Recommended sentence is five years to be pretrial diverted for five years. A count of complicity was dismissed. Presentencing investigation ordered.

 

Declared a fugitive

Jimmy Dale Keene was declared a fugitive May 7 in LaRue Circuit Court. He is charged with theft by unlawful taking.

 

Diverted sentence

Brandy N. Meredith (1982) received a diverted sentence May 7 in LaRue Circuit Court after pleading guilty to 23 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument. She was ordered to pay at least $50 per month on financial conditions. The case will be reviewed Oct. 15.

 

In contempt

Clayton L. Skaggs (1989) was ordered to serve 10 days after being found in contempt May 7 in LaRue Circuit Court.

 

Guilty plea

Debra Foreman (1960) pleaded guilty to welfare fraud over $100 May 7 in LaRue Circuit Court. Recommended sentence is three years to be pre-trial diverted. Final sentencing is June 4.

 

Bench warrant issued

A bench warrant was issued May 7 for Rudolph E. Adams (1965). Adams failed to report to probation and parole. He was declared a fugitive and bond was set at $5,000 cash. He is charged with theft by unlawful taking.

 

Suspended and probated sentence

Paul Edward Edlin Jr. (1974) received a five-year suspended and probated sentence May 7 in LaRue Circuit Court after being found guilty of receiving stolen property. He was credited for 41 days served and fined $385. Order of probation signed and final sentencing conducted.

 

Declared a fugitive

Harold Thomas Jones Jr. (1972) was declared a fugitive May 7 in LaRue Circuit Court. He is charged with flagrant nonsupport.
