Recommended five-year sentence
Christopher R. Logsdon, 35, of Hodgenville, pleaded guilty to one count of cultivating marijuana, trafficking in marijuana, possession of controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia May 13 in LaRue Circuit Court. Recommended sentence is five years on the first two counts and 12 months on the remaining charges for a total of five years. Pre-trial diversion is recommended with defendant to serve 120 days in jail. Pre-sentencing investigation ordered.
Final sentencing is June 20.
