 Theft by unlawful taking

Mitchell Lineske (1982) pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition April 16 in LaRue Circuit Court. He was sentenced to 12 months, conditionally discharged, and fined  $370.

 

Restitution ordered

Mitchell  O. Lineske, (1982),  pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary April 16 in LaRue Circuit Court. He was sentenced to three years, probated, to serve 45 days in LaRue County Detention Center and fined $185. He was ordered to make restitution.

 

Assault of officer

A man who was accused of biting a city officer pleaded guilty April 16 to two counts of third-degree assault of a police officer. Farron Edward Sidebottom (1973) was sentenced to five years, suspended and probated, in LaRue Circuit Court. He was ordered to serve five months in the LaRue County Detention Center and fined $385.

 

Guilty plea to amended charge

Jason K. Harmon (1993) pleaded guilty April 16 in LaRue Circuit Court to an amended charge of complicity to criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 12 months, conditionally discharged. Final sentencing held. Next court date is Dec. 3 to increase restitution amount.
