 Failed to appear

Joseph Skaggs (1979) failed to appear July 2 in LaRue Circuit Court. A bench warrant was issued and he was declared a fugitive. Bond was set at $85 to be applied to partial court fees. Skaggs was charged in 2010 with theft of farm equipment.

Jennifer L. Ahmer (1984) failed to appear July 2 in LaRue Circuit Court. A bench warrant was issued and she was declared a fugitive. She was found guilty last year of two counts of complicity, possession of controlled substance.
