Catherine L. Lyons (1986) received a diverted sentence Dec. 17 in LaRue Circuit Court after being convicted of failure to report change in order to receive benefits. She was fined $210.

Declared a fugitive

Jerry Dwayne Jones (1979) of Hodgenville was declared a fugitive Jan. 7 in LaRue Circuit Court. He is accused of theft by unlawful taking or disposition – auto and first-degree persistent felony offender.
