 Plead guilty to misdemeanor

Mark Thomas Tungate Jr. (1981) pleaded guilty Nov. 16 in LaRue District Court to complicity, buy or possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity, possession of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $500 to the LaRue County Sheriff’s drug fund in lieu of forfeiture, and fined $240. He was sentenced to 12 months conditionally discharged on the drug paraphernalia charge and 45 days on the marijuana charge.
