 Failed to appear

David Highbaugh failed to appear Feb. 6 in LaRue Circuit Court. He was held in contempt and ordered to serve 179 days or pay court cost and service fee.

Guilty plea

Ronnie Dale Hall Jr. (1982) pleaded guilty Feb. 6 in LaRue Circuit Court to one count of flagrant nonsupport and first-degree persistent felony offender. Recommended sentence is one year to be enhanced to 10 years for PFO. Commonwealth Attorney recommended probation. Final sentencing is March 5.
