Guilty pleas entered
Willie D. Stallins (1966) pleaded guilty to complicity, manufacturing methamphetamine (recommended sentence of five years as amended); complicity, possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine (recommended sentence of three years); complicity, trafficking in controlled substance (recommended sentence of three years); and complicity, possession of drug paraphernalia (recommended sentence of six months). Presentencing investigation ordered. Final sentencing was Feb. 4.
James Leo Wilson (1960) pleaded guilty to one count each of second-degree criminal mischief; unauthorized use of motor vehicle; fourth-degree assault; and menacing. A charge of persistent felony offender was dismissed. He was sentenced Jan. 7 to eight months, fined $385 and ordered to have no contact with the victim.
Andrew Jackson Wooden (1978) pleaded guilty to one count each of complicity, manufacturing methamphetamine; complicity, possession of controlled substance, first degree, first offense; and complicity, buy or possess drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 10 years and fined $355. Presentencing investigation was waived and final sentencing held.
