Sentenced to five years

Adam Christopher Patterson (1974) was sentenced to five years Nov. 21 in LaRue Circuit Court after being found guilty of third-degree burglary, convicted felon in possession of a handgun and theft by unlawful taking. He was fined $385; probation was denied.

 

Restitution ordered

Bobby Council Jr. (1983) was ordered to pay $50 per month starting in December at his Nov. 21 appearance in LaRue Circuit Court. Bench warrant was recalled. He was ordered to pay restitution for a 2002 case (theft by unlawful taking) and 2003 case (third-degree burglary).

 

Charge dismissed, bond released

A charge of burglary against Greg Edwards (1960) was dismissed Oct. 29 in LaRue Circuit Court. Bond was ordered to be released Nov. 21. The case was from 2004.

 

Sentenced to seven years, six months

Charlie Monroe Warren (1956) was sentenced to seven years, six months after pleading guilty to two counts of incest Nov. 21 in LaRue Circuit Court. He was credited with 14 days served and is required to register as a sex offender (lifetime).

 

Shock probation denied

Shock probation was denied to Paul A. LaGrega (1974) Nov. 21 in LaRue Circuit Court. He was previously found guilty of complicity, manufacturing methamphetamine. The judge ruled that shock probation would unduly depreciate the seriousness of the crime.

 

Bond modified

Bond was modified to $5,000 cash or property for Michael A. Brown (1976) who is facing charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and complicity.

 

Bench warrant issued

Christina Bryant (1986) failed to appear Nov. 21 in LaRue Circuit Court. A bench warrant was issued and bond set at $10,500 cash only. She is charged with complicity, possession of controlled substance.

 

Diverted sentence ordered

Brooke L. Hornback (1972) was sentenced to three years, diverted, and fined $385 Nov. 21 in LaRue Circuit Court. She was found guilty of complicity, trafficking in controlled substance.

 

Sentenced to seven years

Richard E. Shaker (1984) was found guilty of flagrant non support and was sentenced to seven years, conditionally discharged five years for a total of two years, Nov. 21 in LaRue Circuit Court. He was credited for 18 days served and fined $355. He was ordered to pay $160 monthly.
