Jason D. Fletcher (1978) was sentenced to five years March 19 in LaRue Circuit Court on one count of use or possession meth precursor; one year on one count of complicity, possession of controlled substance; and 30 days on one count of complicity, prescription not in original container. He was fined $385 and credited with 177 days served.

Annabelle Carlen Hatcher (1984) was sentenced to five years, probated and suspended, March 19 in LaRue Circuit Court, on one count of unlawful transaction with a minor, first degree; four counts of second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor; and three counts of sexual misconduct. She was fined $185 and credited for 126 days served.

Charles Rucker (1985) was sentenced to five years, suspended and probated, March 19 in LaRue Circuit Court after pleading guilty to third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking. He was fined $185 and credited for two days served.

Whalin (1982) pleaded guilty March 19 in LaRue Circuit Court to one count of first-degree possession of controlled substance, drug unspecified (recommended sentence three years); possession of marijuana (recommended sentence of 90 days); drug paraphernalia, buy or possession (recommended 12 months); controlled substance or prescription not in original container (90 days); and alcohol intoxication in a public place, third or greater offense (20 days), with all time probated for three years. Pre-sentencing investigation ordered. Final sentencing is April 16.
