Flagrant non-support

James Junior Galloway (1982) was sentenced to five years, conditionally discharged and probated, March 18 in LaRue Circuit Court, after being found guilty of flagrant non-support. He was fined $380 and ordered to pay $100 per month in arrears. Final sentencing was conducted.

 

Flagrant non-support

Charles Glynn Reed (1969) pleaded guilty March 18 in LaRue Circuit Court to a charge of flagrant non-support. Recommended sentence is five years to be conditionally discharged. Final sentencing is April 15.

 

Failed to appear

Gary Sheese (1973) failed to appear March 18 in LaRue Circuit Court on a charge of probation violation. A bench warrant was issued and he was declared a fugitive. 

 

Pretrial diversion set aside

Christy Vertrees (1980) stipulated a violation of her pretrial diversion March 18 in LaRue Circuit Court. She was sentenced to five years on a charge of complicity, trafficking in controlled substance, less than 2 grams methamphetamine; and complicity, possession of controlled substance, second, methamphetamine. Final sentencing was conducted. 

 

Summary judgment signed

In the case of Hardin Memorial Hospital vs. Sabrina Gail Jacques, the defendant (Jacques) failed to appear March 4 in LaRue Circuit Court. Motion for summary judgment signed.

 

In contempt

In the case of Samantha Renee Collins vs. Joshua Collins, the respondent was found to be in contempt March 4 in LaRue Circuit Court. Joshua Collins was ordered to serve 90 days or pay $500.

 

Case dismissed

The case Robert Wade Sams vs. Austin Dakota Sams, et al, was dismissed without prejudice for lack of prosecution March 4 in LaRue Circuit Court. The case may be refiled.

 

Probation denied

A request for probation for Billy Lee Bunnell (1975) was denied March 18 in LaRue Circuit Court. He was sentenced to five years for complicity, manufacturing methamphetamine.

 

Sentenced to five years

Jamie Lee Bush (1976) was sentenced on several counts March 18 in LaRue Circuit Court. She was sentenced to five years and fined $240 on a charge of attempted manufacture methamphetamine; three years on a count of complicity, possession of controlled substance; six months on a count of complicity, drug paraphernalia; and 45 days on a charge of prescription not in original container.

 

Flagrant nonsupport

Susan Michelle Fix (1975) pleaded guilty March 18 in LaRue Circuit Court to one count of flagrant nonsupport. Recommended sentence is five years to be conditionally discharged for five years. A count of first-degree persistent felony offender was dismissed. Presentencing investigation ordered. Final sentencing is April 15.

 

Suspended sentence

Ashley Elizabeth Harpool (1984) was sentenced to five years, suspended and probated, March 18 in LaRue Circuit Court on a count of facilitation of manufacture of methamphetamine; and complicity, possession of controlled substance, and fined $440.

 

Failed to appear

Allen W. Riggs (1988) failed to appear March 18 in LaRue Circuit Court. A bench warrant was issued and bond set at $10,500 cash only. He is charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition/automobile and complicity.

 

Sentenced to two years

Derrick Deion Saunders (1985) was sentenced to two years March 18 in LaRue Circuit Court on two counts of complicity, second-degree forgery; and complicity, criminal possession of a forged instrument. He was fined $285.

 

Sentenced to five years

Chester Lee Semones Jr. (1964) was sentenced to five years, conditionally discharged, March 18 in LaRue Circuit Court on a count of flagrant nonsupport. He was ordered to serve 30 days and fined $385; costs were waived. He was ordered to pay $150 per month in arrears.

 

Failed to appear

Joseph L. Sheldon (1991) failed to appear March 18 in LaRue Circuit Court. A bench warrant was issued and bond set at $451.75. He is charged with complicity, theft by unlawful taking.

 

Failed to appear

Joshua J. Whalin (1982) failed to appear March 18 in LaRue Circuit Court. A bench warrant was issued and bond set at $500 cash only. He is charged with possession of marijuana.
