Sentenced
Jennifer R. Jackson (1980) pleaded guilty April 26 in LaRue Circuit Court to several charges. Final sentencing was held June 3. She was sentenced to 12 months, suspended, for attempt to manufacture methamphetamine; five years, suspended, for complicity, hindering prosecution, second degree; 12 months, conditionally discharged and probated, for complicity, hindering prosecution; 12 months, conditionally discharged, for complicity, buy or possession of drug paraphernalia; and 12 months, probated for five years, for third-degree possession of a controlled substance. She was ordered to serve 60 days in the LaRue County Detention Center.

Thomas Darrell Jackson (1978) pleaded guilty April 26 in LaRue Circuit Court to several charges. Final sentencing was June 3. He was sentenced to five years, conditionally discharged, for attempt to manufacture methamphetamine; 12 months, conditionally discharged, for complicity, hindering prosecution or apprehension, second degree; 12 months, conditionally discharged, for complicity, buy or possession of drug paraphernalia; and 12 months, conditionally discharged, for third degree, complicity, possession of controlled substance. He was required to serve 30 days with credit for time served.

Failed to appear
Lewis K. Dailey (1990) failed to appear June 17 in LaRue Circuit Court. Documents indicate he has not made payments to the court since March 13. Bench warrant issued and he was declared a fugitive. He was fined $385 in 2010 on a charge of theft by unlawful taking – auto.

Failed to appear
Ronnie Dale Hall Jr. (1982) failed to appear June 17 in LaRue Circuit Court. A bench warrant was issued and he was declared a fugitive. The case will be reviewed in November. He was charged last year with flagrant nonsupport.

Bench warrant issued
Elmer C. Thompson Jr. did not appear June 17 in LaRue Circuit Court. A bench warrant was issued and bond set at $1,000 cash only. He was declared a fugitive. He received a five-year conditionally discharged sentence in 2011 on a charge of flagrant nonsupport.
