 Failed to appear

Jeremy S. Veatch (1987) failed to appear Nov. 19 in LaRue Circuit Court. A bench warrant was issued and bond was set at $360. Bond to be applied to financial conditions. He was declared a fugitive. 

Veatch was ordered to pay for damages to the Lincoln as a Boy statue after he struck it with his car in 2011. The case will be reviewed April 1.
