 Guilty plea

Debra Foreman (1960) pleaded guilty to welfare fraud over $100 May 7 in LaRue Circuit Court. Recommended sentence is three years to be pre-trial diverted. Final sentencing was June 4.


Bench warrant issued

A bench warrant was issued May 7 for Rudolph E. Adams (1965). Adams failed to report to probation and parole. He was declared a fugitive and bond was set at $5,000 cash. He is charged with theft by unlawful taking.


Suspended and probated sentence

Paul Edward Edlin Jr. (1974) received a five-year suspended and probated sentence May 7 in LaRue Circuit Court after being found guilty of receiving stolen property. He was credited for 41 days served and fined $385. Order of probation signed and final sentencing conducted.


Declared a fugitive

Harold Thomas Jones Jr. (1972) was declared a fugitive May 7 in LaRue Circuit Court. He is charged with flagrant nonsupport.


Failed to appear

Lewis Ray Ireland Jr. failed to appear in LaRue Circuit Court to answer a civil suit on May 21. He was found in contempt.
