Darin James Wright (1975) pleaded guilty Sept. 16 in LaRue Circuit Court to first-degree possession of controlled substance; first-degree trafficking in controlled substance (methamphetamine); second-degree possession of controlled substance; and giving officer a false name or address.
The commonwealth attorney recommended three years, three years, 12 months and 90 days, respectively, and a $50 fine each for having one headlight and failing to illuminate rear license. Presentencing investigation ordered.
