Cory Ray Schmitz (1989) pleaded guilty July 19 in LaRue Circuit Court to second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. He was ordered to serve 30 days on 15 consecutive weekends and fined $185.
He received a diverted sentence on other charges.
