A Hodgenville couple was indicted Feb. 20 by a LaRue County grand jury on charges they were conducting an indoor marijuana grow.
Robert A. Kincaid Jr., 41, and Betty J. Johnson, 37, of Oak Hill Road, were each charged with cultivating marijuana, five or more plants, and complicity; trafficking in marijuana (eight ounces to five pounds) and complicity; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity; and possession of marijuana and complicity.
