Couple charged with criminal trespass

Two people were charged with first-degree criminal trespass after allegedly spending the night without permission in a Buffalo house.
Mitchell Owen Lineske, 29, of Sonora, and Jessica Renae Shofner, 20, of Buffalo, face several other charges connected to the incident, according to court records.
Lineske allegedly became involved in an altercation with a man who was court-appointed to oversee the property, according to an arrest citation. He allegedly assaulted the man, “running over” him with a vehicle.
