County cleanup is Friday and Saturday

This year Commonwealth Cleanup Week is March 22-28. LaRue County's annual spring cleanup days are set for noon-4 p.m. March 27 and 8 a.m.-noon March 28 at the LaRue County Maintenance Barn across from LaRue County Middle School.

Bulky furniture, appliances, vehicle and equipment batteries (rechargeable), scrap metal, computer equipment and vehicle tires will be accepted for a nominal fee. Things will go quickly, so don’t be afraid of long lines. We will move you in and out quickly, especially if you load your truck or trailer with all like items together.
