A candidate for constable is facing a felony and pair of misdemeanor charges in LaRue District Court.
Raymond Fancher, 40, of Hodgenville is accused of theft by unlawful taking - auto, second-degree cruelty to animals and violation of county leash law.
According to court records, a Hodgenville man has taken out a complaint that Fancher “took control” of his pulling tractor valued at $950. The alleged incident occurred in October 2009.
