Mother of the Year
The Mother of the Year award is sponsored by the LaRue County Extension Homemakers and is announced during the LaRue County Fair. Nomination forms are available at the Extension Service (358-3401) or can be found at ces.ca.uky.edu/larue/familyconsumersciences. Nominations are due to the Extension Service office by July 9.
Summer Reading Program
The Summer Reading Program at the LaRue County Public Library will be held Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays until July 10. All programs are 1-3 p.m. This is a come and go program and full attendance each week is not necessary. All ages are welcome.
