Event honors King
Elizabethtown Community and Technical College will host an event in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at 1:30 and 3 p.m. Jan. 31 in room 112 of the administration building. Democratic Woman’s Club to meet
The LaRue County Democratic Woman’s Club will meet 7 p.m. Jan. 31 in the small courtroom at the LaRue County Courthouse. Refreshments will be served. The club has both female and male members and anyone interested is welcome.

Heart Fair at HMH

Rolling Thunder meets

Biggest Loser set to begin Feb. 4
The Biggest Loser Challenge will meet 5-6 p.m. on Mondays, Feb. 4 to April 8, at the LaRue County Board of Education gym. Participants can walk in the gym and receive health and nutrition tips; $10 registration to be eligible for a cash prize at the end of the series. Biggest losers split the cash.
