Allegations that a local teen was selling marijuana on Facebook have been reflected in headlines worldwide during the last several years.
Other agencies have complained that pharmaceutical companies from other countries make illegal drugs accessible to anyone – including children – through use of social media.
It’s difficult to fathom why anyone would risk arrest by using a vast, public network to advertise the sale of illegal drugs. But it must work to some extent, otherwise they wouldn’t do it.
