How do you praise a man who was larger than life, a friend, a hero?  

Dad was a simple man who loved simple things.

He loved God, he loved life, he loved Mom – simple truth. He loved his three children, nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. My wife called him a babe-magnet since babies and little children were drawn to him. Not only children, but everyone.

Dad was the most unselfish, nonjudgmental, approachable man I know. To him always, a stranger was a friend he had not met yet.
