It is finally time to dust off your golf clubs. The temperatures are rising and the LaRue County Chamber of Commerce is preparing for its biggest scramble to date with golfing, networking and having a fun time.

So why not join us Friday, March 30 for our 18th Annual Golf Scramble at the LaRue County Golf Club, 1175 Greensburg Road, Hodgenville? Lunch will be served starting at 11 a.m. Players will gather at noon for a shotgun start. Prizes will be awarded on each hole. There will be team prizes and other door prizes.

Awards ceremony and announcements for prizes will be that afternoon after all teams have completed play.

Teams that register by March 16 will receive a $10 discount.

The scramble is the largest spring fundraiser for the Chamber each year, and money raised during this event helps it continue to operate.

There are many promotional opportunities for local businesses and organizations: By becoming a hole sponsor, donating cash or other prizes, or by sponsoring a team or joining in as a player.

Hole sponsorships are available for $100 each. Businesses receive recognition the day of the event for sponsorships or other donations of cash or prizes. Businesses and organizations that are hole sponsors will have the opportunity to set up a table and chairs at the hole they sponsor for networking.
