Hodgenville City Council will open bids at 10 a.m. Jan. 19 for the Hamilton Heights sewer project.
Mayor Terry Cruse said Monday that work on the area will begin “as soon as possible,” perhaps March, “depending on the weather.”
The City has been dealing with sections of the street collapsing in that area, Cruse said.

Hodgenville Fire Chief Wally Sparks reported for the month: one vehicle fire, a carbon monoxide detector going off at the jail and two traffic control runs due to accidents.
