A local family challenged Hodgenville City Council members Monday to “create some systematic rules that are consistently applied.”
Kim Blair Mather and her brother Kris Blair read prepared statements at the council meeting, giving their take on a situation that occurred after their mother died – one that left two Hispanic families without water.
Ruth Blair was a retired language teacher and advocate for those in the Hispanic community. She had paid deposits to have water service provided to at least two homes, according to City Hall.
