City Council honors Smith's memory
Hodgenville Mayor Terry Cruse presented Rita Smith a plaque Monday in honor of her husband, City Councilman Otis Smith, who passed away May 3. Otis Smith served on the Council from 1999 to the time of his death. Cruse said the Council would always miss “the funny things he would say.”
