Marriage summit at Mount Tabor Baptist Church
Mount Tabor Baptist Church in Buffalo will host a marriage summit given by Dr. Scott Wigginton Oct. 12-13. There is no charge for the conference but an offering will be taken each day of the conference. The summit begins 6 p.m. Oct. 12 with a dinner and concludes at 8:45 p.m. On Saturday, the conference begins with a continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and concludes at 11:45 a.m. Pre-registration is not required but is preferred. Faithful Citizenship luncheon
“US Roots: Religious Freedom” is the topic of the Faithful Citizenship luncheon to be held noon-1 p.m. Oct 16 in Flaget Hall at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral, 5th and W. Stephen Foster in Bardstown. The presenter will be Fr. Patrick Dolan, pastor of St. Bernard Clementsville and Sacred Heart Liberty. The event is sponsored by the Archdiocese of Louisville Catholic Charities’ Parish Social Ministry Department and is free and open to the public.
