 Fire departments blessed on St. Florian’s Day

New Haven and Rolling Fork Fire Departments will observe a service of recognition and blessings at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 10 at the departments’ station, 363 Center Street, New Haven. The two departments provide fire protection and rescue to New Haven, southern Nelson and northern LaRue counties. The service coincides with the observance of the feast day for St. Florian, patron saint of firefighters. For more information, contact Fr. Overton at 502-549-3680 or Chaplain Lusk at 502-827-9111.
