“Men On A Mission,” featuring the Rev. Kenny Carter Sr., will be the featured performer on Sunday, Feb. 17 at God’s House, 2323 Mt. Sherman-Ward Road, Mount Sherman. The event begins at 7 p.m. For more information, call 528-4142. 

Gospel singing at Buffalo Baptist

Buffalo Baptist Church will have a “singing and sharing” with Joe Milby at 6 p.m. Feb. 24.

Churches collecting shoes for WaterStep

First Baptist Church Hodgenville, Tonieville Road, and Friendship Christian Church are collecting pairs of shoes for the WaterStep program. Shoes can be dropped off at FBC during business hours. To donate at Friendship, call Jean French at 358-4841. WaterStep sells the shoes and uses the proceeds to fund drinking water projects in Appalachia and central America. 

Severns Valley hosts risk conference

Severns Valley Baptist Church, 1100 Ring Road, Elizabethtown, is hosting a free “risk” conference Feb. 25. Learning new ways to share God’s love is the focus of the event. Information can be found at www.kybaptist.
