A burn ban issued Monday was lifted Wednesday morning.
Judge-Executive Tommy Turner and Hodgenville Mayor Terry Cruse issued the burn ban for unincorporated areas of LaRue County and the City of Hodgenville after weeks of drought-like conditions.
Rain began falling Tuesday evening, continuing through Wednesday morning. The rainfall total exceeding 1 inch.
