Buffalo man charged with unlawful imprisonment

A Buffalo man has been charged with assaulting and unlawfully imprisoning a woman.

Coy M. Bagby, 35, of 1166 Hibernia Ridge Road was arrested at 10:40 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 4.

According to Bagby’s arrest warrant, he is accused of restraining the woman last September and causing serious physical injury to her by choking her and rendering her unconscious.
