A body was found in a small lake off Lincoln Boulevard near the LaRue County Maintenance Garage about 9 a.m. Thursday.
Kentucky State Police are investigating.
Coroner Todd Skaggs was called to the scene and helped bring the body out of the water.
The name of the deceased has not been released pending notification of family.
