The LaRue County School Board approved an updated version of the Comprehensive District Improvement Plan Monday night, but not without controversy.
After Amanda Reed, instructional supervisor, presented the plan, board member Norbert Skees asked if this was a document he had ever seen before. Reed explained it was updated from the previous year. Skees questioned why he was listed in the document as a member approving it since he had no involvement, and she said it was meant to be the approved document after the vote at the meeting.
