Basketball: Lady Hawks defeat Caverna

Heart pounding, sweat rolling, Lady Hawk guard and forward Ivy Brown made the shot in the last second that tied the game to send the Lady Hawks into overtime against Caverna Friday night.

The Lady Hawks won 60-54 “with struggles,” according to Coach Travis Wooton after the intense competition between the Lady Hawks and Caverna ended.

The game was equally well played in the see-saw match, keeping the audience at the edge of their seats wondering who would win this suspenseful match.
