It didn’t take long for the homestanding LaRue County Lady Hawks to turn Thursday’s game against 5th Region foe Bardstown into a rout.
The Lady Hawks jumped out to a 21-point lead after the first quarter en route to a 63-27 win over the Lady Tigers.
Junior guard Ivy Brown had 22 points, 13 rebounds and four steals for LaRue County (8-3), while sophomore guard Alexis Brewer chipped in with 15 points, seven assists and five steals.
Senior forward Alisha Durbin added 10 points and six rebounds, and senior forward Haley Holt scored eight.
