A Buffalo man faces a charge of attempted murder after allegedly firing a gun at a woman June 14.
Gary Wayne Graham, 57, allegedly pulled a .38 pistol on the woman and fired a round “directly at her head” hitting the wall behind her, according to court documents. The incident occurred about 4:30 p.m.
He was lodged in the LaRue County Detention Center under $250,000 cash bond and condition of no contact with the alleged victim.
Graham pleaded not guilty June 16 in LaRue District Court. A preliminary hearing is set for Wednesday to determine if the charge will be heard by a grand jury.
Kentucky State Police is investigating.
